People live in fear. We are afraid of dying, of living, of loving, of knowing, of not knowing, of flying, of being not good enough, of appearing too stupid, of getting married, of getting divorced... The list is endless. People are full of fear of what might happen and often later in life are filled with regret for what we missed.
Is it really part of human nature to fear? Is it within our species’ psychological makeup to live with the threat of terrifying consequences of our actions? More importantly, is there a way to live without fear?
During this course (workshop) you will learn about the major principles and practical tools for overcoming this major life impediment.
Through techniques of mental imagery you are guided into an inner journey of re-membering yourself in a new way: free from fear of changing, of daring, of loving, and of living fully.
