Re-think. Re-store. Rejevenate.

A hands on, transformational seminar to make your  work a source of personal fulfillment, self-discovery, and connectedness with others.

25 hundred years ago, the Greek philosopher Epictetus said "It is not the things or events that effect us, but the attitude that we take toward them. Re-thinking how we interpret our circumstances, how we relate to people, and what we say to ourselves in our internal dialog can change our emotional lives and biochemistry of our bodies.

Did you ever say to yourself, “I need a break!” or “I can’t believe it’s happening..” or

“This is too much!”?

Welcome to the club. This is life. And things happen. They always do.

You may have limited control over the events that bombard you at your job, BUT there's a lot

you can do about how you respond. And this balancing act is an art and science they never taught

you in school. Your effectiveness on the job, your long-term health, and the overall quality of your life all depend on it.

Re-think. Re-store. Re-evenate  is a hands on experiential seminar that will provide you with a range of easy-to-learn skills and strategies for:

*overcoming conditioned/habitual thinking,

*facing challenges- no matter what the world throws at you,

*dealing with any people you encounter in your everyday life with ease, confidence, and understanding.

*It will also offer you simple physical exercises for quick stress release and long-term health maintenance.

Re-think. Re-store. Re-jevenate. Workshop will teach you how to:

•Re-think any situation or an event you are facing in the present and create a positive attitude toward it.

•Re-store your past experiences as new memories and attitudes.

•Re-jevenate your body by learning two sets of simple physical exercises.

•Build bridges in challenging relationships.

•Maintain high performance in difficult times.

•Learn to use mental techniques for health maintenance .
